On Thursday 4th July we celebrated the cancer centre reaching its highest point in the building process! As part of the event, we were able to give a few key stakeholders of the project a special tour.
These photos will give you just a little glimpse of how special our new centre will be. You’ll see the floor to ceiling windows in the new chemotherapy area; the open space in the centre of the building that will eventually become a courtyard garden and the upstairs corridor leading to our inpatient ward, including 16 patient rooms with en-suites.
Our fundraising will support kitting out the building, fund bright and welcoming artwork and help with landscaped gardens.
