Last week, over sixty charity supporters enjoyed a wonderful night of quiz questions, an auction, and a raffle, all to raise money for the Radiotherapy appeal. The event was hosted at the Jalori Restaurant in Woburn Sands, which provided a delicious buffet for everyone attending. The event was organised for the charity by long-term supporter, Jan Flawn, with Mike and Angela Rhodes doing a fantastic job of running the quiz. We’d also like to thank Walter Blairman for getting so many people giving with our raffle and auction. Everyone present had a great time, and even the ‘winners’ of the quiz wooden spoon were very sporting about receiving this dubious honour!
A huge £3,500 was raised, and thanks to a supporter sponsoring the event the charity was able to allocate 100% of your money to the Radiotherapy appeal.
