Over 200 people came together at Milton Keynes Hospital Charity’s May Gala Ball on Saturday 18 May 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stadium MK, in support of our Radiotherapy Appeal.

Every penny raised moves us closer to our £500,000 goal for a special wellbeing hub at Milton Keynes University Hospital’s (MKUH) Radiotherapy Centre.
And there are SO many people to thank for helping make our Gala Ball such a huge success.

They say teamwork makes the dreamwork and that’s how I felt at 2am on Saturday night/Sunday morning, when I stayed up way past my bedtime to reflect on the lead up to, and success, of our Milton Keynes Hospital Charity Gala Ball.
It all fell into place after weeks of planning – and to sit back at 10pm with a smile and watch everyone on the dancefloor and see how much we’d raised was just the best feeling.
Money is still coming in so it’s an estimated total, but the Gala has raised approximately £56,000 towards our radiotherapy wellbeing space appeal; way more than our initial expectations. It just goes to show how generous people in Milton Keynes really are.”
