The Park’s Trust corporate pancake day race is an annual event that raises money for the Milton Keynes Rose Trust. It takes place at Campbell Park and each year, corporate and charity teams must race against each other, whilst flipping pancakes, to win the coveted engraved frying pan! This year Milton Keynes Hospital Charity entered the race.
There are 5 heats building to a grand final which sees the top five teams go head to head. It is important that all teams arrive, dressed to toss, with frying pan, headscarf and apron. Thank you to the team at Impact Trading for “kitting us out” so that we were ready to compete and to Brioche Pasquier for supplying the all important pancakes!

Race day ready. Could we snatch the title from last year’s winners Smith Jenkins?

Sadly, we didn’t make the final and bring the frying pan back to MKUH as we finished third in our heat, but we did manage to raise almost £300.00 for charitable projects at MKUH. Congratulations to 2025 winners Mercer Hole.
